A. Vogel Tormentil complex is a blend of Tormentil root and Oat herb extracts. Tormentil (Potentilla tormentilla) is a herbaceous perennial related to the rose family, found in the wild in many parts of the world. It has long been used as a digestive aid, specifically to help maintain the normal function of the lower bowel. This tincture uses the green leafy parts of Avena sativa (also known as oat plant), instead of the grain which is normally consumed as a food. Avena sativa may help reduce stress and anxiety.
